The referral network

Graduate medical education disputes are local in practice. The governing contract, the institutional policy, the state administrative law, and the court that would hear a case all differ by jurisdiction. So we maintain a network of attorneys across the states, the District of Columbia, and the territories who handle resident and fellow matters, and we make introductions at no cost to you.

What a referral means and does not mean

A referral is an introduction, not an endorsement of any particular outcome. We do not receive a fee, a share of a fee, or anything else of value for sending you to a lawyer in the network, and network lawyers do not pay to be listed. You are free to hire anyone you like, including someone we did not suggest.

How lawyers join

Network membership requires an active license in good standing, malpractice coverage, demonstrated experience with academic or employment discipline in a training setting, and a commitment to a free first conversation with anyone we send. Membership is free.
